Questions about Pro
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan never expires and needs no card. It covers color scales, typography, every token type, a light theme, Button and Badge components and CSS export, all synced to Figma as real variables and styles.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout but pay nothing today; Paddle charges $5.99 a month (or $48.99 a year) when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
How do I get and activate my license key?
After checkout, your license key appears on the page straight away. Open UIX in Figma, go to System → Plan, paste the key and press Activate. Save it in a password manager: it’s your one key for as long as you’re a customer — renewals, switching plans or subscribing again later never change it.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your country. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so we never see your card details.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds any VAT, GST or sales tax for your country at checkout and sends you a receipt you can use as an invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then UIX switches back to the free plan. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What happens to my design system if I cancel?
It stays yours. Every variable, style, component and docs page UIX created remains in your Figma file. Only the Pro tools inside the plugin are locked again.
Can I use one license on more than one computer?
Yes, on up to 3 devices. To move it to a new computer, press Deactivate on the old one first.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the refund policy at uixdesign.pagestro.com/refunds.
