Terms of Service
These terms cover UIX Pro, a subscription that unlocks paid features of the UIX Design System plugin for Figma, provided by Sigma Studio.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial; the first payment is taken when it ends unless you cancel before then. UIX Pro renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
License
Each license key may be activated on up to 3 devices for your own use or your team’s. You may not resell or publicly share keys. Design systems, tokens, components and code you create with UIX belong to you.
Availability
We work to keep UIX available but the service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
